2014 Season Roundup

The 2014 season is now concluded. Club members generated 175 singles matches as well as many doubles matches. We also had successful Single's, Women's, and Doubles' Tournaments. We had 5 groups this year in the FIST league and a great Doubles League as well. Combine that with two group events and it made for a great season of tennis. We would like to thank everyone who participated and hope to see you back again next year.

2014 Singles Tournament Results

Congratulations to Alan Parenteau for winning the 2014 Singles Tournament. Alan won a hard fought final over Chris Rolls. Chris took the first set 3-6 but Alan evened it in the second by winning 7-6. Due to dark coming a tie break was used instead of a third set which was won by Allen 10-7. Congratulations also goes out to Inkwang Yoo who defeated David Widtfeldt in another 3-setter to win the consolation bracket.

2014 Women's Tournament

Congratulations to Wendy Buttermore for winning the 2014 Women's Tournament. This is Wendy's fourth win in a row and for the second year in a row, Wendy only dropped one game on her way to the title. Second place went to Theresa Farley.
